Immersed in the warm atmosphere of the restaurant, adorned with stone and marble, under a majestic high ceiling, guests will be welcomed by a passionate team, ready to delight their taste buds during a gastronomic experience placed under the sign of conviviality and gourmandise.
In keeping with our values, our chef prepares his dishes using fresh, seasonal, quality produce.
We maintain a relationship of trust and proximity with our suppliers. This enables us to guarantee the provenance and freshness of our products.
As part of our eco-responsible approach, we give priority to local produce and short distribution channels. We also try to avoid wasting food. We reuse every part of the product to obtain maximum flavour.
The owner of the restaurant is Marie-Laure Chuard, a native of Carouge and a fine gourmet. Her aim is to create a cosy gourmet restaurant that combines fine food with a relaxed atmosphere.
In this unique setting, the kitchen opens onto the dining room and the street, allowing you to appreciate the work of the chef and his team. You'll have a front-row seat to discover our culinary artists.
