The story of Le Flacon is all about enthusiasm, sharing and creativity.

It’s the result of a beautiful meeting that turned into a partnership between the establishment’s owner, Marie-Laure Chuard, a native of Carouge and a discriminating gourmet, and Yoann Caloué, a young French chef brimming with energy and ideas.

“Our goal was to create a friendly gourmet restaurant where guests can enjoy refined cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere”.

Yoann Caloué, a passionate young chef from Normandy, has a taste for the best in both farm produce and seafood. Discernment for what’s genuine guides his creativity and serves a culinary style that shines with energy and freshness.

From France to Switzerland, England to the United States, Yoann Caloué has gone from strength to strength in the service of renowned fine restaurants and has worked alongside starred chefs like Thierry Duhamel, Claude Bosi and Joël Robuchon. He earned his first Michelin star and a 15/20 score in the Gault et Millau with the restaurant Le Flacon in October 2015, at the age of 31.

Since then, he has not wavered from this singular state of mind or his determination to offer a “relaxed gourmet restaurant”. Aided by his crew and their heartfelt complicity, our chef brings you a surprising starred menu inspired by seasonal produce.
